How do I withdraw my winnings from my Carnival Casino account?:
When you submit a withdrawal request, its status is labeled as "waiting",
which means that your request has been accepted by Carnival Casino
and that we are processing it.
You may not deposit funds into your casino account when
you have a withdrawal pending.
You must cancell your pending withdrawal to be able to play.
All withdrawal requests are processed within three (3) business days
after the date of the request.
During this time you may not make any deposit. However, you can cancel your withdrawal request and return these funds into your Carnival Casino Account.
By canceling your withdrawal request, your account is credited back and you can play, without having to submit a new deposit.
To cancell your withdrawal, go to the "pending withdrawal" section of the "withdrawal" section of the cashier.

New players will be allowed to withdraw not more than $10,000 per month. “New players” are defined as players whose first deposit was made in the past 6 months.
If the amount to be withdrawn is superior to $10,000 the remaining will be placed back to the player’s balance, for the player to withdraw one month afterwards.
According to Carnival Casino withdrawal policy,
the requested withdrawal amount
will be refunded back to your method of original Deposit,

Due to the regulations of MasterCard and VISA, we are not permitted to return funds to these Credit Cards.
Therefore, deposits made using MasterCard and VISA will not be counted in your Casino Deposit Balance.
When these credit cards are used for deposits, cash Outs will be returned automatically via Neteller or
Firepay if you have an existing account at either of these services, as they are the fastest available.
The remaining amount may be received through Wire Transfer, Bank Draft, or via Neteller, Firepay,
